Your mission

• First point of contact for our Telio employees with IT problems
• Providing IT and desktop support  
• Supporting Microsoft solutions; especially cloud based M365 and Azure
• Administration and monitoring of internal client system
• Administration of the ticketing system
• Active participation in the automation and monitoring of the system landscapes
• Collaboration in projects for the further development of the internal IT landscape.

Your profile

• Qualification of IT specialist system integration or equal.
• More than 3 years of experience as system engineer, preferred in an international team.
• Good knowledge of M365 and Azure, Windows operating Systems and environment.
• Good knowledge of Jira.
• Experience with Power Automate.
• Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
• Technical documentation skills.
• Autonomous and fast learner for complex infrastructure.
• Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
