We're looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of developing hardware solutions designed for use within correctional facilities, ensuring they address the specific needs of this environment while supporting both business goals and technical requirements.
- Define product vision & roadmap: Establish a clear strategy for inmate-facing hardware products that support long-term business goals and improve user outcomes.
- Understand user and stakeholder needs: Gather feedback from users (inmates), correctional staff, and internal teams to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in the correctional technology space.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: From ideation and technical feasibility to roadmap planning, go-to-market strategy, and post-launch enhancements.
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration: Align stakeholders from engineering, hardware design, sales, and customer success to drive effective, scalable inmate-facing solutions.
- Manage risk and compliance: Identify potential constraints related to prison security, hardware usage, and technical integrations and plan accordingly.
