Your mission

Your Key Responsibilities are:

  • Inventory Management:

    • Monitor and manage inventory levels using internal database tools (e.g., SAGE).

    • Record all inventory movements, tracking stock, orders, sales, and deliveries to maintain optimal stock levels.

    • Order inventory from suppliers.

    • Oversee the storage and organization of inventory across multiple warehouses, ensuring efficient space management.

    • Analyze historical data to forecast future customer demand and ensure inventory availability.

  • Supply Chain Coordination:

    • Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure the smooth flow of goods throughout the supply chain (internally and externally).

    • Optimize supply chain processes and improve the operational efficiency.

  • Compliance & Reporting:

    • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external procurement and industry regulations.

    • Assist with the preparation of operational reports.

    • Provide strategic insights and data-driven recommendations.

  • You report to the Team Lead Service Management EU West.

Your profile
Join us if your profile suits with the followings:

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, ensuring efficient and well-structured work.

  • Educational background in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.

  • Experience with Salesforce or SAGE is an added value.

  • Good organizational skills – able to manage diverse tasks effectively.

  • Strong communication skills – clear, professional, and adaptable to different audiences.

  • Languages: English and French (spoken and written); Dutch is a plus.
