Junior Sales/ Country Manager- Croatia

Your mission
  • Supporting and managing the installation of the Unity phone systems and other Telio/BVfon products at the detention facilities / prisons
  • Providing technical support to the company in designing, installing and operating its system(s) at the premises of the Prison Service (Ministry of Justice)
  • Supporting and managing O&M activities for installed product(s), coordination with internal and other supporting teams (within the Group as well as outside of Group) and/or vendors of Prison Service (Ministry of Justice) in direct correlation with installed Telio/BVfon product(s)
  • Sales and marketing activities, arranging and attending regular visits and meetings
  • Support in client relationship management, including regular visits to company clients
  • Managing relationships with suppliers and telecom providers
  • Cooperation with local colleagues and other departments of the Group (Finance, IT etc)
  • Office administration (invoicing, contact with accountant and payroll, bank, etc)
  • Ensuring that the revenue targets of the company are met
  • Preparing reports to the management 
  • Managing the inventory
  • Following technology trends

Your profile
  • College or university degree, preferably in Business, IT or Engineering
  • At least 2-3 years sales representative experience or working closely with clients
  • Knowledge of MS Office, presentation (ECDL is not necessary, but nice to have)
  • Logical thinking, independent problem-solving skills
  • Friendly, communicative, team-and client-oriented attitude
  • Precise work, while having the ability of the “big picture” approach
  • Good professional English, minimum B2 – good conversational, C1 – professional is preferred (spoken and written)
  • Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Good knowledge and understanding of ICT, telecommunication systems and solutions
  • Strong team working skills in an international set up inc. IT, Sales, Finance etc
  • Native Croatian 
  • Driving license
