Your mission
Your tasks will be :
- To manage with the day by day finances booking around the Telio FR SAS and Telio BidCo France SAS (including issuing all sales invoices, checking/validating incoming invoices, entering all documents and accounting transactions in ERP system including the arrangments for payments)
- Preparing the month end calculation for revenue recognition based on different models in close collaboration and strong coordination with the field/ operations
- Calculate Assets in Progress and manage assets according to local & Group rules
- Follow up Stock in coordination with the group, actively participate to the stocktaking organisation, data management, calculate stock & depreciation monthly.
- Managing all tax declarations such as VAT, payroll taxes, and Corporate income taxes as well as annually deferred taxes. CIT and deferred taxes is prepared in cooperation with an external Tax advisor
- Monthly Intercompany reconciliation with partner from France and abroad
- Group reporting: prepare monthly reporting packages, including balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and additional information, such as Cash Flow, CAPEX spending. stocks, and full bunch of supporting documentation in line with French Gaap & IFRS
- Manage cash on a daily basis: monitor AR & AP balances, (coordinate with third parties in case of delays…), prepare reporting for group & country manager, prepare payments, Bank transfer orders 1st signature
- Preparation of annual budget and quarterly financial forecast as well as monthly Cashflow-forecast for upcoming 12 weeks
- Answering ad hoc requests from different stakeholders in Finance related matters, i.e. from HQ, local management or specific departments
- Preparing and liaising with Accounting experts, Tax consultants and auditors for the annual financial statements and Tax declarations
- Coordinating & liaising with third parties as Customers, suppliers, banks, French administration
- Support Country Manager for dashboard monitoring, negotiation with Customers, produce reporting/ Analysis on demand ; HR and legal specific topics
- Ensuring compliance with legal obligations as well as group rules in all finance related matters for the mentioned entities
- Aligning the Finance activities with overall company strategy for Telio FR
- General administrative duties, like contract management (lease, insurance, service, etc.)
- Meet legal requirements regarding document management
