Purpose of the position
Specializing in wave and frequency management, the radio frequency engineer is primarily responsible for specifications related to radio settings and ensures the various radio adjustments of the equipment. He is the one who designs, develops, and validates specific transmission equipment adapted to environments exposed to radiation.
Description of Key Activities
Participate in defining the hardware architectures of radio modules, drafting specification and verification documents for the modules
Conduct technical feasibility analysis while ensuring compliance with technical requirements, taking constraints into account
Carry out hardware development work: designing amplification, filtering, and RF conversion functions
Establish and ensure the coexistence of RF modules and antennas embedded within subsystems
Monitor the technical evolution of the field and measurement equipment
Participate in RF measurement campaigns on sites hosting the solutions
Perform measurements and organize verification and validation tests
Responsible for important, suitable, and scalable hardware and equipment

Experience and skills in information technology, networks, and wireless technologies (industry experience)
Experience, knowledge, and skills in electronic systems and radio frequencies.
Ability to use appropriate tools and report on performance

Ability to work to deadlines
Engineering methods: definition, design, functional and hardware architecture, performance analysis and prediction.
Knowledge of telecommunications system architectures (modulation, demodulation, receiving and transmitting chains, antennas, etc.), as well as a good understanding of RF and microwave measurement techniques.
Practical knowledge of RF / Microwave CAD programs such as ADS (Keysight), Microwave Office (AWR), and ANSYS HFSS, including circuit simulation and electromagnetic simulation techniques.
This position can be accessible with a master's degree or higher (Bac +5).
Technical training at engineering level or PhD in electronics specializing in radio frequency.
Significant experience in RF systems, particularly in filters and antennas.
Desired experience: 1 to 3 years in a similar position.
Traveling position (very frequent national trips) - at most 4 to 5 days per week, one week out of two during peak periods.
